M Imran is a chartered accountant and international-tax specialist who leads every engagement at I&I. He holds the ACA, FCCA and ADIT qualifications, and advises individuals and businesses on complex UK and cross-border tax: international structuring and transfer pricing, private-client and inheritance matters, and complex corporate tax.

He is also the voice behind the firm's YouTube channel, Practical UK Taxation, Accountancy & Finance, followed by a community of more than 100,000 people for clear, practical UK tax guidance.
