Who we are

I&I Accountants is a London-based tax advisory boutique specialising in complex UK and cross-border taxation. We are deliberately small and senior: a focused practice built to take on the technically demanding, higher-value matters that many firms refer out, and to handle them with direct, partner-led attention.

Our clients are individuals and businesses whose tax position spans more than one set of rules: people moving between countries, groups operating across borders, families protecting wealth, and owner-managers facing decisions where the tax outcome really matters.

Who is M Imran

M Imran (ACA, FCCA & ADIT) is the founder and principal adviser of I&I Accountants. A chartered accountant and international-tax specialist, he leads every engagement personally, so the person you speak to is the person handling your matter.

He holds three qualifications that sit behind the firm's work: the ACA (ICAEW), the FCCA (ACCA), and the ADIT (Advanced Diploma in International Taxation), a globally recognised specialist credential in cross-border tax awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation. This combination lets I&I keep complex international work in-house rather than referring it out.

M Imran is also the voice behind the firm's YouTube channel, Practical UK Taxation, Accountancy & Finance, where a community of more than 100,000 people follows his clear, practical guidance on UK and cross-border tax.
